Who Would Have Thought

I know it is April Fool's Day, but who would have thought that at this time we would have three groomers out grooming. When this season started and through January and February we had such mild spells that we thought by mid-march to April snowmobiling would be over. We are basically grooming with mid-season conditions. I'm suggesting, get out and enjoy the trails.

Grooming last night: The # 1 with Francois went from Rogers Lake west on 23 to Red Pine shelter, up the 507 to trail 22 intersection, then back to Rogers lake. From there it went to Nepisiquit Lodge and back to Rogers lake. The # 2 with Jacob went from Nepisiguit to the Atlantic Host and back to Nepisiguit. The # 3 with Steven went from East Bathurst to the 19 /23 intersection on Trail 19 then back to Bass River and back to the shop in East Bathurst. It should be another good weekend for sledding.

Head pond at Nepisiguit Falls is still good to cross. Slow down and enjoy the rest of the season.
