Three Groomers on the Trails Last Night

It was a steady day on the Trails over the weekend. We are noticing that the traffic is dying back, however we are still grooming as normal. It was a very mildl these last few days with sun and temperatures hovering around the five degrees Celsius. This means that we are losing a bit of base each day, but not to worry as there is plenty. We know that there are bare spots showing up here and there, but nothing to deter you from sledding.

Grooming last night saw the #2 groomer out of Atlantic Host up to Nepisiquit and back. It also did the 500 down to Riverside and the 501 down towards the Quality Inn The #3 ran from the Nepisiguit lodge up to Nine Mile Shelter and out to Nine Mile West Road where it appears that it is down with some kind of problem on trail 23. The #1 ran from Rogers Lake up to governors on Piston Alley and over to Simpson fields on Trail 503 to Trail 19. It returned to Rogers Lake via the same route.
