Good morning from Bathurst. We could be in for our biggest dump of the season as the forecast is calling for up to 30 cm of snow. Giving the temperatures I'm assuming that it will be of the heavy variety. The snow should begin sometime midday and continue on through into Tuesday, but most of it falling through Sunday and Monday morning.
As far as grooming is concerned, we will keep you posted as we have one groomer on standby at Rogers Lake. Giving the existing conditions going into today, trails are at a basic minimum, meaning that all are at a preseason condition. The only trails that would be easily groomed would be those east and west of Rogers Lake as they are all developed roads.
On another note, this snow will be helpfull for the Mussels Fest at Rogers Lake next Saturday. They will have mussels, wings and onion rings on the outdoor setup. Mark your calendar.
