Just a little update for all our snowmobile friends. We don’t have any snow yet except for traces here and there (mostly there). There will be precip most of the week and there are chances that we may have some white stuff in the high ground Rogers Lake to Serpentine, but we’ll have to wait and see.
Our groomers are 99.99% ready to go and we are still plugging away on last minute trail signage and maintenance. Remembering last year we had many inches of snow and people were out sledding, but this is White Gold Country and it is just a matter of time.
Have you purchased your ticket for The Nepisiguit Sports Lodge Snowmobile Club lottery fundraiser yet?
Tickets are $100 a piece, and our goal is to sell 1000. The prize structure will be a 50/50 draw, with half of the prize money being distributed amongst the winners and the club receiving the other half. The draw will be held on February 14th, 2021.
This lottery fundraiser will replace our famous Wednesday Night Suppers, and other various fundraising events, which we unfortunately will not be able to host for the 2021 season due to COVID-19 regulations. In previous years, these supper fundraisers subsidized our grooming and trail maintenance costs. We groom for well over 2000 hours each year, so these funds are extremely important to the upkeep of our trails!
Purchase your tickets and find more details here https://www.lottery.bathursttrails.com/
We thank you for your continued support and can’t wait to see you at the lodge this winter (we will still be open for regular service; however, it will be under Covid guidelines)!
