Good morning from Bathurst!

Only a few more sleeps til the famous Danny Burger Run hosted at Roger’s Lake Lodge and put on generously by The Big D drive in!! 🍔 🍟

We had a very mild day here yesterday and were able to give our groomer operators a well deserved day off. We are hoping the warmth didn’t hurt the trail system too bad, but we will do our very best to shape things up as temps get back down below zero and the forecast shows many days of small amounts of snow!!

#3 Groomer - Mickey left Rogers lake at 4am this morning to groom west on trail 23, all the way up to the 4 corners near serpentine to help the park groomers get caught up.

#1 Groomer - This evening, Jacob will head east on trail 23 to Nepisiguit lodge and then west on 23 to 9 mile shelter. From there he will travel up trail 22 north to the 507, down to red pine shelter and finish his run at Rogers lake

#1 Groomer - Thursday Morning, when Jacob returns, Francois will head out on trail 23 west to the 507 and up the 22 to the old 301. He will turn back south on 22 from there and head to 9 mile shelter and take trail 23 into Rogers lake.

Please travel safe, and be mindful that warm weather and heavy traffic make for rough trails. Our excellent operators are doing the best they can to provide quality trails for everyone’s enjoyment!!
