Three Groomers out at Post

The three groomers were out last night and are still on the trails. The #2 unit out of Nepisiguit groomed from Nepisiguit Lodge to Nine Mile West on Trail 23 and also the first time into the 502 and the Austin Brook Cluster. The # 3 unit, Big Blue, was out from Rogers Lake on 23 to Red Pine Shelter up the 507, Trail 22 to the 22/302 intersection and is on its return run at post to Rogers Lake. The #1 unit was up to Nine Mile West from Rogers Lake on Trail 23 and at post is back up towards Governor’s. It has its first run today through the 504 to Mt Carleton Park. We are hoping that the sleds will give it a chance to groom and sign that trail at least until early tomorrow morning. (all great news).
There seems to be heavy traffic out of Rogers Lake as of yesterday and am assuming it will be intense today. We know there are mogul issues still remaining in spots on Trail 23 to Serpentine and we will be on that tonight. See the enclosed map for trail closures and freshly groomed trails. Freshly groomed trail are in heavy green.
