Things are Progressing Slowly but Surely

The three groomers are on the move this morning. Ron was out from the Nepisiguit Lodge yesterday and he reported that even though there is not much snow in places, the grooming went very well. Nine Mile East Rd (Trail 23) where it was ploughed came out as very passable as he worked the ditches and the ploughed banks. In his words, the trail turned better than what he expected. Big Blue is on its way to the 301 and should be back later this evening. Unfortunately we had a heater fan stop working in the #1 yesterday and it was repaired yesterday afternoon (-18 degrees and not a good situation) and hopefully will run to Serpentine today. All in all not bad for what we have to work with and we are very happy with the results we’ve had so far. I understand that snow conditions are much better north of highway 180 as the Restigouche clubs are all out and grooming plus St Quentin and the Supervillage. Should be a decent weekend.
