Wednesday Club #2
We had two groomers out last night. The #1 groomed 23 Piston Alley to Governors and the 503 from Trail 23 to Trail 19.. The #3 groomed from Nepisiguit up to Nine Mile Shelter and back down to the Highway 360. Trails are holding up very well and yes we could use more snow, but our whole system is open and all trails have been groomed several times. Got a call from Valmond Shaleur Snowmobile Club: They are going to Be doing the 11 Km stretch on Trail 19 Linking Between the 503 and trail 22. They were in the process of doing that last night. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding that short section. See map below.
Just a word on the Christmas Mountains. They are a must see, but caution is required on some since these trails are quite elevated and are prone to drifting in some areas, so be careful out there and control your speed.
