Tuesday, Mar 10th, Club #1
-10 and snowing in Bathurst. We had a good day grooming the trails yesterday.
The #1 groomed out of Rogers Lake on 23, to Red Pine Shelter, 507, 22 to the 22/301 intersection, back on 22 to Nine Mile Shelter, back to the 507 and finished at Rogers Lake.
The #3 groomer did Trail 23 from Nepisiguit up top Rogers Lake and back.
The #2 groomer did trail 19 & 23 to Nepisiguit then the 19 to Bass River.
We’re expecting up to 15 CM today and it could be more. There will be no grooming today and the groomers will be out in the morning. Looking at the remainder of the week it shows that we could have more amazing weather for snowmobiling. If there are positives with this season, the biggest one was weather on top of great trails mainly due to this great weather as groomers were just maintaining great trails. For next week temperatures are turning milder again with very little moisture for the Bathurst Region.
