More Snow for the Trails

Yesterday's snow was kind of delayed forecast. What was supposed to happen over Thursday night, happened during the day on Friday. It was a wet snow followed by freezing rain, which makes it difficult to groom. This is the reason why Ron didn’t send the groomers out last night. We had a shutdown failure on the #3 (Big Blue) groomer early Friday morning. Ron and Jack hauled the unit out with the #2 groomer.

Every little bit of snow that we get including yesterday's will go towards ensuring a longer season. Whatever we get from here into the end of the season is always a bonus. There is still a good foot of Base in 95% of the trail system.
