Grooming Last Night and 4 Wheel Traffic

Grooming Sunday afternoon and last Night: We moved the #3 New Holland to Bathurst yesterday afternoon for some mechanical checks. We took it from the lodge via trail 23 & 19 to the shop in East Bathurst. The #1 Trail 23 to Nine Mile Shelter and out around Trail 22, 507, Trail 23 to Governors and back to Rogers Lake. The #2 left the Atlantic Host for Nepisiguit Lodge out to Nine Mile shelter and back to Nepisiguit.

It was a relatively busy weekend, but slowed down a bit on Sunday. Trails remained decent all weekend. It seems the ORVE enforcement can only be seen when not needed. We had a vehicle stuck on trail 19 near Blue Mt in the vicinity of highway 430 and plus numerous sightings of ATV 4 wheeled traffic on Trail 19 from Riverside Dr to the Atlantic Host. This appears to have been upticked since the announcement of ATV traffic being allowed or perceived allowance on city streets King Ave, Basin St. & Riverside Dr. This traffic is still not allowed on snowmobile trails.
