Grooming Last Night

Last night’s grooming saw Roger run the #1 groomer up Piston Alley to Governors over on Trail 503 to Simpson Fields on Trail 19 and back from there to Rogers Lake. Jacob on the #2 went from Nepisiguit Lodge down The Line as far as the 23/19 intersection then turn on 23 back to Rogers Lake on Trail 23 throogh Nine Mile Shelter and returned to Nepisiguit. All trails should be in decent shape for the Monday sledding. All groomers will be out tonight on regular runs.

We thank all who bought our Saturday roast turkey supper at the lodge yesterday. Joan and crew did a wonderful job with this. The weather this week coming looks great for sledding with almost spring like temps, which by the way is not too far off. This recent three weeks 100 cm of snowfall is somewhat encouraging for late trail riding sledders, which our southern neighbors could possibly enjoy if the “bubble” is lifted. Traffic was decent over the past 4 days including Sunday. Picture below was caught on our web cam at 3.30 PM Sunday. Ride safe and stay on your side of the trail.
