It was a cold blustery day yesterday. It helped dry out the snow/slush on the trails. The quick freeze over night helped preserve the base, but froze with any ruts that were caused over Saturday and we'll take that as it did not bother the existing base. The #1 was out of Rogers Lake, west on 23 to red Pine shelter, up the 507, on 22 as far as the 22/301 intersection, back on the22 to Nine mile shelter and back to Rogers Lake.. The #2 started in East Bathurst on Trail 19 and proceeded to Bass River, from there it was west on 19 to the Atlantic Host and then back to East Bathurst. The #3 was out of Nepisiguit to hiighway 360 on trail 23, turned and did the trail to Rogers Lake and back on Trail 23 to Nepisiguit NOTE: Ron received a call from Eric (St Isadore Tucking) about the plowed road at Blue Mt. He said they put snow back on that plowed section . Ron told him that he had seen that and our groomer made a couple trips over it and it turned out well.
