The Nepisiguit Sports Lodge is at the heart of one of the largest snowmobile clubs in New Brunswick. The lodge is situated in Nepisiguit Falls, NB where trails from Bathurst, NB connect to 100’s of kilometers of snowmobile trails in the beautiful northern New Brunswick region. The Nepisiguit Sports Lodge is an establishment that provides food, beverages, gas and hosts other fundraising events as part of the Nepisiguit Snowmobile Club.

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities as the Lodge Operations Manager will be to lead and oversee the daily operations of the lodge including (but not limited to):

- Managing / creating staff work schedules

- Preparing food/beverage orders

- Basic bookkeeping (ensuring daily balances and bringing money/receipts to the clubs’ accountant)

- Ensuring lodge cleanliness

- Managing gas supply

- Assisting in bar/kitchen during busy times

- Reporting and updating the Board of Directors

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have restaurant or bar experience. Managerial experience will be considered an asset. You must be motivated, and willing to work with and lead others.

Schedule:

This position will be full-time (40-50hrs per week) ranging from December through until the end of April. (approx. 20 weeks depending on weather/snow conditions)
