Monday. CLUB #1
It was a busy weekend at the lodge with basically all local traffic. Traffic dies down , however come Monday, which usually through the week is inundated with traffic from around the Maritimes. With this years restrictions on travel, however; this is not happening. It is really too bad as it does hurt our Lodge business as well as the local economy.
Our trails are turning out decent after the second grooming on Saturday. Ron has elected to give the operators last night off after a fairly busy week with grooming. This will also give him some time for some small maintenance items to be performed on at least two groomers.
We are in the final week of our Lottery with just under 150 out of a 1000 tickets to sell in our 50/50 lottery to support our grooming this year. This lottery is in lieu of the lack of fund raising due to Coved 19. We have 36 cash prizes with the first prize being $25,000. We normally we raise about $45,000 with our fund raisers so with two weeks left you can easily purchase your ticket ON-LINE at www.lottery.bathursttrails.com or locally at our Nepisiguit Lodge or these locations: Kerr's Chainsaw Ltd. Bradley Kerr City Center. Claude Doucet West End Sports. Guy Hache Brunswick Powersports. 3-Step Contracting. Marc Poirier, Please note that if for some reason we can't seel our remaining tickets by Feb 14, we did get permission from the Lottery Commission for a month extension.
